"I have been with State Farm since I learned to drive 17 years ago, and not with just State Farm, but with Ms. Melissa with Elaine Riegler and now Bret Denney's office specifically. When Elaine Riegler's client list was divided up among different agents and I was supposed to be sent off to another agent, I asked how long I had to wait until I could come running back to Ms. Melissa. When I call the office, I ask to speak to Ms. Melissa. I am sure that Mr. Colby is wonderful and does an excellent job, but Ms. Melissa has held my hand through every tiny and major accident I've ever had; she's helped me get the best discounts with my student discount, good driver, multi-car, etc. Her professionalism, customer service, and compassion exceeds all others and despite my numerous life events that require her expertise to tailor my policy, she never is exasperated when I call and ask for Ms. Melissa. If she ever leaves or retires, I'll probably just have to get a bus pass. If you want an excellent experience with your car insurance, ask for Ms. Melissa with Bret Denney's State Farm. You'll see what I mean."

"My Wife and I just bought a new car. The sales man asked if we had already moved our insurance to the new vehicle? No, I replied as I called my statefarm rep. Melissa, answered, took the new car Vin number and emailed me the new insurance in a matter a seconds. I had her on speaker phone and the salesman asked would she mind sending that to his email as well for his records. After spelling out his email and before I could say good bye his system dinged and there it was. The salesman stated "I've been doing this for years now and that is the fastest I've ever gotten insurance verification." I smiled."
